Privacy Policy
We built alexaero to be private. This page explains, plainly, what we do and don't keep.
No traffic logs
We do not log the websites you visit, the content you transfer, DNS lookups, or the contents of your traffic. WireGuard itself keeps no history of that, and we don't add any.
What we do keep
Only what's needed to run your account:
- your chosen username and a hashed dashboard password;
- your plan, data cap and renewal date;
- a running total of your monthly data usage (a number, not what it was);
- a short list of the recent public IP addresses your tunnel connected from, shown to you in your dashboard so you can spot unfamiliar logins;
- the crypto payment reference for your order.
System logs (for crashes and errors) are kept briefly and do not contain your browsing.
Payments
Crypto payments are processed by our payment provider, Plisio. We receive a transaction reference and status, not your identity. We never see card details, and there is no signup form asking for personal data.
Cookies
The dashboard uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. The website uses your browser's local storage only to remember an unfinished order. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data. We will disclose the minimum information legally required only in response to a valid, lawful order from the competent authority — and we can only disclose what we actually have, which is the account data listed above.
Your data
When you cancel or your slot is removed, your account data and config are deleted. You can email us to request deletion at any time.
