Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the alexaero VPN and tunnel service ("the Service"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
We provide a dedicated WireGuard tunnel on a server in the Netherlands, which may include a public IP address, forwarded ports and a subdomain. Speed depends on your own connection and the swarm/peers you connect to; the advertised line speed is the server's uplink, not a guarantee of your throughput.
2. Payment & renewals
Plans are prepaid in cryptocurrency. Your slot is active for the period you paid for and renews on the 23rd of each month. We do not auto-charge — you renew manually to keep your slot. If a renewal is not paid, access is suspended and the slot may be reassigned.
3. Acceptable use
Torrenting and P2P are allowed. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, and for anything you download, host or transmit.
You may not use the Service to:
- attack, scan, flood or disrupt other networks or people (DoS/DDoS, brute-forcing, port abuse);
- send spam or operate open mail relays (outbound port 25 is blocked);
- host or distribute malware, phishing, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this results in immediate, permanent termination and, where CSAM is involved, reporting to the authorities;
- break into, probe or impersonate systems or accounts you don't own;
- resell the Service as your own without permission.
Clients isolate from each other and from the host's local network. Attempting to bypass that isolation is a breach of these terms.
4. Abuse & suspension
We may suspend or terminate a tunnel that generates abuse complaints, threatens the stability of the server, or breaches section 3 — without refund for the offending period. We forward the minimum information legally required in response to a valid, lawful request from the relevant authority.
5. Refunds
Because slots are limited and prepaid, payments are generally non-refundable once your tunnel is provisioned. If something is genuinely wrong on our side, email us and we'll make it right.
6. Availability
We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided "as is", without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the current version.
